  • Never a reason to not eat fruits or veggies though! If non organic is the only option that is fine, but this selection outlines where you should spend and save the extra money.

  • The lists come from the level of pesticides found in each non organic fruit and vegetable– the ones with a much higher count are the dirty dozen

Dirty Dozen: ALWAYS eat these organic

  8. Apples

  9. Bell and hot peppers

Clean 15: Fine to eat non organic

  1. Avocado

  2. Sweet corn

  3. Pineapple

  4. Onion 

  5. Papaya 

  6. Sweet peas

  7. Asparagus

  8. Honeydew melon

  9. Kiwi

  10. Cabbage

  11. Watermelon 

  12. Mushrooms 

  13. Mango
