By now, we have all either participated in a Pilates class, watched videos on it, have googled Pilates near me, Pilates retreat or Pilates teacher training levels. The most searched workout of 2023.

For us, Pilates is the backbone and philosophy of movement, we always include the five Pilates principles; ribcage placement, breath, pelvic alignment, head placement, scapula placement.

For most, Pilates has become a staple for their body routine, incorporating 2-3 even 4 classes a week dedicating time towards their bodies alignment, mobility and strength.

The benefits; strong core, strong centerline (in / outer thighs, arms, obliques), posture, strong glutes, but what about the positive accomplishment that comes from a 40 - 60 minute class.

We believe in a strong sequence repeated weekly will give the partipant consistency in building upon all Pilates benefits, more importantly it allows for the participant to clearly see their progress week after week.

Sequencing is a key part of what we do, and whether you notice it right away we always see progress week to week, knowing exercise names, alignment, having conditioned muscles, but most importantly we love to see the dopamine rush you get from feeling and seeing your progress after a day or one week later.
