FBH Green Juice

One of my favourite daily wellness rituals is a simple green juice made with just a few fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 2 green apples (or 2 pears for a naturally sweeter juice)

Method

Using a juicer, process all ingredients until smooth.

If using a blender, blend with a small amount of water until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine mesh strainer.

Serve cold and enjoy immediately.

Why I Love It

The feeling is almost immediate.
