Live in the present

Fear begins with thoughts in the mind and then spreads throughout the body producing adrenaline which stimulates your thoughts more leading to bodily response: seizures, anxiety attacks, panic attacks, fainting. Mindful awareness of thoughts distinguishing between the self soul being spirit and thoughts in the mind. You are not your thoughts.

Love is light, fear is dark…. “Fear is nothing but the absence of love.” Osho Rajneesh

“Act of love or a call to love.” Marianne Williamson

The world is a dream, an illusion. We are not as real as we think, we are bits of awareness that plays games with themselves.” Buddha

By living in the present you live with mindful awareness. Living with consciousness closes all space for fear and interpretation. Living the mindful awareness and consciousness bring light to the present moment, fact and joy. This is how we live a balanced whole, happy life.
Our subconscious mind is powerful, we don’t realize we sit back into the subconscious until the thoughts of the past, the worry of the future and the interpretation of what or who takes our mind in spinning directions. From that place of uncertainty we give over our power to something unknown, in a way we give up control and power.
